Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders received before 12:00 pm EST that are in stock, out the on same day. All orders received after this time will ship on the next business day.

 

Please note that we no longer take rush orders via our website. If you need something to ship same day after our shipping cut off, please contact your local Rubenstein RB Digital office.

 

Rubenstein RB Digital Inc. is not responsible for delay in delivery due to inclement weather or transport companies experiencing a higher than usual volumes or missed connections.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number & courier information. Tracking can take 48 hours or more to update depending on the transporter.

 

If you would like the order shipped on your Purolator account, please put your account number in the order comments.

 

PICK-UP ORDERS

 

Orders placed for pick-up in store will be available for pick-up the following business day from when the order was placed online.

 

Please note that we will no longer process pick-up orders, from our website, for same day pick-up. If you need to pick-up an order urgently, please contact your local Rubenstein RB Digital office.

 

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. This is to confirm we got your order and are working on getting it ready for you.

 

Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or a call from the local office to tell you the order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this notification before arriving at your local office.

 

Please bring a piece of government issued photo ID and the credit card used to place the order. These maybe required to pick-up the order.
