Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item or the order is ready for pick-up to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip.

To start a return, please contact us at customercare@rbdigital.ca with your web order number, the reason for return and what you would like to return. For expediency, please put in the subject line of the email “web order (order #) return request”.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA #, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned at your expense.

Please note that there will be a restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling back to our warehouse.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 2 business day if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as 5 or 10 yds of vinyl or other cut to order material). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items. These items are final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less a restocking fee. 

 

From there it can take your card company up to a full billing cycle to have this reflected on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges or return fees.

 

Equipment Returns & Refunds

Note that equipment purchases are final sale upon shipment of the item. This is true for both online and in person equipment sales. If you would like to cancel your online equipment purchase before the shipment date, the 3% processing fee will not be refunded.
