POLI-FLEX PREMIUM
 POLI-FLEX
PREMIUM is an ecologically proven polyurethane film with matt, reflectionfree
surface, in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100. POLI-FLEX PREMIUM
is suitable to transfer onto textiles like cotton, mixtures of polyester/cotton
and polyester/acrylic. POLI-FLEX can be used for lettering on T-shirts,
sport & leisure wear, sport bags and promotional articles. View

PROCESSING
POLI-FLEX PREMIUM can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend
to use a standard 45° knife. POLI-FLEX PREMIUM is reverse-cut
through the hotmelt adhesive o the surface of the polyester transfer
film. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by heat press
as follows:

The polyester liner should be removed warm (3-5 sec. after opening
the press). Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another
2 sec. with the same parameters. The polyester liner of POLI-FLEX
4700 should be removed after cooling down.
FEATURES

Washable at 60°C and suitable for dry-cleaning. Nylon
and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation are not suitable
for heat transfer. In this case we recommend using POLI-FLEX
NYLON. |

Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX
PREMIUM is only given when following the specified temperature
and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.

The soft, elastic carrier film offers a comfortable textile
touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX PREMIUM
excels due to an excellent opacity. |

The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC,
plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard
100). POLI-FLEX PREMIUM with a self-adhesive polyester liner,
enables a reposition. |

POLI-FLEX 4700 SERIES is coated with a special heat-activated
adhesive on the back side. The non adhesive polyester liner
enables to stack the weeded decals without sticking together.
