POLI-FLEX NYLON

POLI-FLEX NYLON is a transfer film with a special heat sealing adhesive for hydrophobic and nylon textiles. POLI-FLEX NYLON gives due to the self-adhesive polyester film excellent cutting and weeding properties. The ecologically inert polyurethane film has excellent washing and cleaning properties and is preferred due to a pleasant textile touch.

PROCESSING
POLI-FLEX NYLON can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend to use a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut flex film is transferred by a heat press as follows:

The polyester liner should be removed warm (3-5 sec. after opening the press). Afterwards we recommend pressing the material for another 2 sec. with the same parameters.

FEATURES

	Washable at 30°C and suitable for dry-cleaning. POLI-FLEX NYLON has been especially designed for difficult fabrics. Suitable to transfer onto Nylon and textiles with hydrophobic impregnation.
	Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond of POLI-FLEX NYLON is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions. We recommend evaluation on test material.
	The soft, elastic carrier film offers a comfortable textile touch and convinces due to high wearing comfort. POLI-FLEX NYLON excels due to an excellent opacity.
	The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals (in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100).
	POLI-FLEX NYLON with a self-adhesive polyester liner, enables a reposition.
