A: Yes
please call the nearest office to
you and ask for a salesman or the parts manager in that city.
Please provide your name and address and the samples you require.

How do I pay for these products?
A: We accept all Visa and Mastercard and interact
cards when picked up in person.

Are your products Guaranteed?
A: All items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing
defects. We must be notified within 20 days of the customer
receiving their goods. Rubenstein Bros. is limited in its
liability to the value of the goods that we have supplied.
There are no other warranties, express or implied, including
but not limited to express or implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose.

Can I return the products?
A: Items that we stock and that not have been
custom ordered or custom cut can be returned damage free,
prepaid freight, with a 25% restocking fee within 30 days
of the customer receiving their goods.
